  • Two lavish bathrooms with sleek fixtures including concrete basins, brushed copper tapware and luxurious amenities await. Indulge in the outdoor bath with a glass of bubbles whilst soaking away your cares under the open sky. 

  • The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek cabinetry, and ample countertop space. Adjoining the living area is a second courtyard space equipped with BBQ. 

  • Our dedicated lockable bike store with stands, tools, power outlets and trail maps is a game changer for Yackandandah. With recovery equipment and an outdoor bath to treat your muscles after a long day riding.

  • Miette offers a full laundry for guest convenience, complete with washer, dryer, ironing facilities, and eco-friendly laundry essentials — perfect for extended stays or active weekends in the High Country.

  • A 3hr drive from Melbourne, Miette is centrally located to the tourist meccas Bright, Beechworth and Rutherglen, as well as Alpine resorts and Albury Airport. The property has off-street parking for two cars.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am. If you would like either of these extended please ask and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Miette has two bedrooms. Our upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and our downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed.

    We also have an additional single bed and a portable cot available on request. These can be selected as add-ons when booking, or you can contact us to arrange.

  • Yes, Miette has off-street parking for up to two cars.

  • Absolutely! We have central heating and cooling throughout. Upstairs is on a separate zone so it can be turned off when it gets a little too warm upstairs.

  • We have a dedicated lockable bike store room that has stands, cleaning equipment and maintenance tools.

    We also have all the latest trail maps and information for the local MTB trail networks.

  • At this time we can only accommodate small pets in cages. We do not have a secure yard to accommodate dogs.

    However, service pets are always welcome.

  • Yes! Miette has a full kitchen with fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. We also supply some tea and coffee for when you arrive. Our location is also a short walk to many great coffee shops!

  • Sure do! We supply complementary WIFI. You'll receive the password via email before your arrival. Miette is also fitted with three smart TV's.

  • Yack is a short 20 minute drive. It's also a beautiful cycle along the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail, or the new Indi EPIC MTB trail.

    There are some great spots to stop along the way - Art Shed 41 (by appointment) and Beechworth Berries to name just two.
